Me and my girlfriend are searching for someone to occupy our spare bedroom. The rent amount includes all utilities and WiFi. The room is currently empty, but the entire apartment is furnished and decorated. The bathroom is shared. This is second and top level, so no noise from above or any neighbors. Roommate is welcome to use any and all cookware, dishes, living space, etc. The bathroom is shared, as the apartment is a bath. Tenant will need to pass a sixty dollar background check through the landlord. Plenty of onsite parking. hundred dollar deposit needed as well. In-unit laundry also. We are looking for someone respectful and clean as we are also. I will take care of the cleaning regarding things like bathroom, floors, countertops, etc. weekly, but we are looking for a tenant that does not leave clutter, dishes, messes after cooking, etc. If you smoke weed, that is fine, just please do it outside.
