Roommate is a year old female musician and teacher who's looking for someone clean and chill, career driven / in school.
I can leave my bed & bedframe at no extra cost.
a little more about the room -
pets: the apartment building is pet friendly, but the roommate is allergic, so if you had any pets they'd have to stay in your room.
parking: is street - there is a parking lot under the building but all the spots are taken at the moment so that could be something to work out with management.
laundry: is on - we're lucky and close to where it is so you don't have to lug it around too far.
utilities: are not included in the rent ($) but typically about $ a month (just depends on how much you're using realistically)
vibe: neighbors are friendly and quiet. area is a bit chaotic but such is LA lol, but overall safe and quiet feeling in the apartment.
lease: you’d basically be taking on your own year lease with a start of sep 1 (or earlier if you like) deposit is 1 month, and i’d be leaving mine early, application process is through the apartments management 🙂
