I am the co-owner of this property, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. I am looking for a roommate who is willing to do a month-to-month lease, but I am potentially looking for a long-term tenant to be here for up to twelve months.
My price is firm and reasonable.
I will be in charge of the utilities and Wi-Fi. The reason why I am asking for a flat rate and that price is because the electricity is high during summer. There’s a private pool, washer, dryer, fridge, etc.
I ask you to pay the rent on time, clean up after yourself, and respect the place. This isn’t a hotel for you to bring over guests and party and trash the place.
