I am renting out one of my bedrooms in my home it includes a private bathroom and access to all common areas. Includes use of washer and dryer, kitchen area and outside area. All utilities included. Must clean up after yourself. I work from home and prefer a roommate who works outside of the home. I own 1 dog a Staffordshire Terrier she is a sweetheart. Must love dogs. Smoking permitted outside only. Street parking available. Will be available May 1st possibly sooner.
