Need room to rent

Hello, I'm Katie, I am looking for someone who has a room for rent somewhere in HB, preferably downtown. I am 22, very laid back and easy to get along with. I do enjoy drinking wine and 420 or having a few friends over throughout the week/ weekend... Never loud or crazy though. My work schedule is all over the place so I pop home throughout the day sometimes. I work at a salon, I'm a realtor and I also have a few side businesses I work on in my free time. I have an adorable little fur-baby named Belle, (she's 10 pounds and fully potty trained) so being an animal lover is a must. I am open to living with just about anyone as long as your open minded and cool to be around, I like being able to kinda be friends with roommates.
