Description

My wife and I are looking for a responsible person to rent one of our rooms to. Must show proof of steady income; and be subject to a background check. Please note that this is a drug free and drama free home. Illegal activity will not be tolerated and will be reported immediately to local authorities. In addition, you should know that I do not smoke or party; and I live with a small dog. If you smoke--its ok, I just ask that that you please do it outside since I have a mild case of asthma. I have a small (tiny) Chihuahua dog. She's harmless and she is kept in my room only. I let her outside 2x a day (morning/night) to go to the restroom, but then she goes back to the room. You'll hardly ever see her.

RENT INCLUDES: All bills paid which includes: electric, water, sewer, waste, internet (wireless), and cable TV. The house amenities include use of washer/dryer, access to full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, pantry, cabinets, etc); a shared restroom with another (possible) future tenant; access to the outside deck with BBQ Gas Grill and in-ground swimming pool; living room with use of fireplace and 65" TV; a parking spot in the driveway; use of the converted garage that my wife calls my "man-cave" because I use it as multi- purpose room for working out, studying, guest room and a mini-home theater. The multi-purpose room has a projector set up with comfortable couches--its awesome for movie/sports nights! The house also has an HVAC heating/cooling system and an active home security system.
