Condo available March 1st looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom 1 bath condo The security deposit is $. Rent is $ for the room i am renting, just looking for a decent roommate. I am Active Duty Military adherence to house rules is essential for a homey atmosphere – NO Drugs,No pets , No Smoking indoors, and maintaining cleanliness. I prefer a long-term lease, especially as I'm in the military. But still willing to do month to month within 6 months to a year with a days of notice when moving out

You'll receive two sets of keys, a parking pass, and the WiFi password. All utilities are included. Washer and dryer is across from my unit Guests are welcome, and I respect your privacy for your comfort. But Guest can’t Stay for a long period of time.
