THE APARTMENT: An ideal location of the neighborhood, between the Kew Gardens - LIRR, and E/F express subway lines. Two stops away are the local M/R lines. Average of 30-35 minutes to reach Manhattan, and 20 minutes to reach the G towards Brooklyn. Buses nearby, and AirTrain JFK is only a few subway stops or a bus ride away. Food/shopping/laundry/cleaners within walking distance. Large Kitchen with plenty of cabinets, gas stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, shelf space. Large furnished common/living room. You would share the bathroom with me. Laundry is not in the building, but there are nearby laundromats and dry cleaners. Street parking is available.

YOU: Prefer a full-time working professional with a steady income. If you are a student, please explain in your response your monthly income for rent. Non-smoker, drug-free please! Does not mind cleaning up dishes and the like, and willing to share the living room TV and be conversational with roommates.

ME: Works full-time in Manhattan and commutes to the city daily. Laid back and friendly, willing to chat, or leave you to your business and read a book. Enjoys sports, reading, music, current events, food, and culture. Appreciates maintaining a tidy common living space. A fan of the local restaurants and expanding culture of Forest Hills and Kew Gardens.
