I have furniture available, if interested. A queen size bed, comfortable matress, dresser and matching night stand, a few bookcases. There will be 2 of us living here. Perhaps pet. I have none. It is pleasing to me and I enjoy very much living here.
Good access to hwy and othter southern major roads. Situated off Old Cutler Road and SW 87 Ave. Black Point Marina is close as well. Can walt to grocery, resteraunts, and service stores. I find the home comfortable, and nice.
