Seeking private room 2adults 1child

28 years of age single mother of a handsome 4 year old son. Also take care of my mother who is in need of my assistance. Looking for something livable private room, perhaps private bathroom and entrance if possible. Could afford 600.00 monthly utilities included. Polite clean honest, and we respect everyone's personal space and privacy in hopes to receive the same. Social butterfly all though I do like the feel of being in my own home sort of speak as far as... feeling comfortable to live in my personal space without to much interruptions as long as rent is paid on time, clean up after ourselves, always keep polite respectful and keep within your rules and regulations.
