Looking for a great roommate

My name is Nicole and I'm looking for a roommate who has a place to live for Sept or Oct 1st.

I'm a young 42, outgoing, friendly, respectful, honest, responsible, I pay my bills on time, clean up after myself and have no addictions of any kind.

It would be nice to be friends with the person I am living with, we don't have to be BFF's, But, I think it makes living together much easier if there is a friendship. I also like to go out and have a good time, but I'm not looking to live in the party house

I am looking for a roommate who pays bills on time, is not racist (I'm bi-racial), cleans up after themselves, is addiction free and safety conscious
There's a chance i may be working from home also.

I'd also like for us to hang out a few times, so we can get to know each other better before the move in date

The type of place would be clean, include air conditioning, Parking option, washer/dryer, cable/wi-fi and I would like it if all utilities could be included in the rent.Also, if possible, someone who would be willing to accept a small security deposit.

my youngest niece sometimes comes over to sleep over for a few nights on weekends sometime, she's 10.
I need to live someplace that would be ok :-) also my boyfriend may sleep over occasionally, that would need to be ok too and he would not be in the house unless I'm there so my roommate would not feel uncomfortable.
