Hello! I am seeking a housemate for a quaint bungalow with a private back deck, right off of Ocean Park Boulevard, in Santa Monica. Close to Main Street and the beach. Wonderful weather year-round.This is a free-standing bungalow and the deck is a peaceful, private space that would be all yours. Water and garbage are paid for. I have Frontier fiber optic internet and gas and power bills are minimal as the place is small.The price is due to the fact that you would basically have the place to yourself. When in Los Angeles, I work over twelve hours a day at my company in Culver City. I am never in LA on the weekends due to the fact my family lives outside of the city and I spend weekends there.You can fully furnish the place if you prefer; my only possessions would be in one of the bedrooms. The rest of the place would be yours.Looking for someone ideally in the entertainment industry who is driven and not a partier. The beach is less than a minute walk so if you surf, it’s ideal.The kitchen is small, but has a full oven and lots of cabinetry. I don’t cook so I would be taking just a little room in the fridge.There is no laundromat on the premises, but there are several in walking distance from the place.Street parking is very easy in the area, no parking permits needed. The community is very quiet, lots of families, so someone on the quieter side would be ideal. No pets.
