Hi, my name is Melissa. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in the Hamilton neighborhood. The monthly rent is $, including all utilities. It's a basement room + den + full bathroom. The unfinished part of the basement with washer & dryer is the only part of the basement that I will need to access, but I can come through the outside door so as not to bother you. You can share my kitchen upstairs, or I can set up a kitchenette for you in your space.

I work from home, so I'm here a lot. I have a medium-sized, friendly dog. Prefer no other animals.
