Private room for rent in a gated community at Huntington Beach, excellent location, mile from the beach, less than 1 mile from the Pier/Main Street, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores such as Walmart and Vons. It's a 1 suite and 3 bedroom house, bathrooms, complete in-unit laundry, 1 shared parking spot and plenty of extra parking spots on the street. Our gated community is a very familiar place, with a pool, jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, barbecue places for gathering and bonfire.

You'll be sharing the house with three other people, all hard workers and very chilled, it's not a party house! around and the other mid , and a girl around . No pets, no cigarettes or illegal drugs!
