This is a small size room for rent with a shared bathroom. The room is in a large two levels house. There are many rooms each rented to single individuals. The house is quiet and clean. Tenants have access to the kitchen. There is plenty of parking on the street. Tenants pay an average of $ per month for utilities. The room is available now. No pets. Only single adults. Two tenants have cats. They have been there for many years, but we aren't accepting anymore
