Hi, my name is Christine. I have a room with attached private bathroom to rent in my house. House is located in Cotati close to Oliver's market and the Train station. The room is on the 2nd floor. It is very cozy and quiet. There is a little garden in the back of the house with a table/chairs and barbeque. House is in a little community of houses where people are very friendly.

The house is occupied by me, a professional and artistic woman in her s. I am pretty easy going. I would prefer to rent to a woman who works mostly outside of the house , somebody with who I could communicate easily and respectfully. I work % remotely at home.
Please no smoking and no strong beauty products smells, etc...


The monthly rent is $ and it includes utilities.
