Looking for Roommate

I work full time Mon-Fri. I'm finishing school in March and am looking for a roommate to move in around March or April. The house has two floors, bedrooms are both on second floor. There is a one car garage with some storage space and a basement with washer and dryer. House has a sunroom and mudroom, dining room, kitchen, living room, and one bathroom. The house is fully furnished and I don't really want to move around any furniture, but spare bedroom is completely cleared out for someone and has 3 closets. I do have 3 cats, but they're super chill and like everyone; so you have to like cats. I keep the place pretty clean and like things to be cleaned the way I like it so I would do majority of cleaning (of course clean up after yourself obviously). It is a one car driveway so I get to park there, you can park in grass or on the street. My lease is up at the end of July and I'm still not sure if I will renew it or not, so for now this room is only available until end of July.
