Hey! I'm moving out to live with my bf and want to find my roommates a nice person to take over my portion of the lease. My roommates Omar and Shaniqua are really chill. Omar is an amazing cook and so much fun to hangout with. Shaniqua is hella chill and so kind. She's often out of the apartment so it will be like living with just one other person.

The apartment is a newer apartment building, only 8 apartments in the building so it's nice and quiet. Has laundry in the building basement, storage, rooftop access and backyard access.

Apartment is close to local buses and a short walk to the nearest trains lines ( at Winthrop & at Utica). Grocery stores are all within a 5 minute walk, with 3 bodegas on the nearest street corner. Lots of good local food in the area both for walking to and getting delivery from. Nearest park is a 5 minute walk and Prospect Park is a minute walk from the apartment.

The bedroom has a desk, wall mirror and bed included (clothing rack in picture is not included), private balcony with a grill and lounging chair and a personal ac/heating unit.

You will need to put down a security deposit of $ on top of first month's rent when moving in.
