My boyfriend and I have a bath available in our home in Gilbert (built in ). Our new home is located in a brand new, safe, and family friendly neighborhood at Warner and Recker. Our single story house is about bed/3 bath. The common areas are fully furnished (living room, kitchen, dining room, guest room/bathroom, lounge room), and backyard has patio, grill, and pool table. The neighborhood has a pool, playground, walking trails, picnic area, and more. Tenant not allowed pets because we already have 2 small dogs.
