Room for rent

ONE Roommate Needed!!! (Can Move In ASAP/Long Term Inquiries ONLY) The room that is available is the top left corner of floor plan picture. Furniture will only be needed for the bedroom.
There is a shared bathroom with myself, and the living space already has couches, coffee tab
le and Tv. We have a in unit washer/dryer.
The current rent is $/mo per person; with a lease ending in mid-March . The two current roommates are renewing the lease in March so we're looking for someone who's looking for a long term stay. Our utilities (water, electric, gas, and internet) cost varies each month, usually between $/mo.
A credit check is required by the leasing office before moving in.
Current Roommates:
Cameron, a Year Old Male. He works as a flight attendant and travels most of the month. At most he is here part time, but usually less. He has lots of houseplants, and enjoys cooking new foods.
Myself; Caitlyn, a Year Old Female. I work in food service and am home every night and loves Legos.
We are looking for someone who: Does not smoke (inside or out) due to asthma concerns; currently between the ages of , male or female; and is generally tidy, or does not mind helping out with general cleaning/chores. We prefer not to have a pet, but we are flexible if needed.
