I have a bath, with 1 room available for rent until August . The apartment is in the perfect location!! We are located less than 1 mile from the COMET bus stop that is next to a 7-eleven gas station that’s open miles from Downtown, miles from Columbiana Centre/Mall on Harrison Blvd., and Food Lion, the Beauty World hair store, and Family Dollar are less than 1 mile down the road.
You will have your own full sized bathroom and direct access to the front porch through the sliding door in the room. The room is not furnished but a queen sized bed and a TV stand or a dresser can all fit comfortably. The room also has a pretty large closet and I do have a queen sized air mattress you can use until you’re able to get a bed.
We will be sharing a space with my adorable cat who’s a complete fluff-ball, so if you have cat allergies, this may not be a good idea. We are also a friendly household but I can stay in my room if needed. The shared space includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a laundry room right off the kitchen. I have a pretty decent washer and dryer set we will share along will all my cookware, plates, utensils, etc., and the apartment comes with a dishwasher. The rent will be $th day of each month. This amount includes there following utilities: water, valet trash, pest control, WiFi, and the average monthly rate for electricity. A deposit to hold the room and the possibility of a prorated rent will be discussed and determined by the move-in date. Let’s chat about it!!!!
