Room in Hollywood (2 bedroom apt.)

Looking for 1 roommate. Preferably someone who doesn’t have a car or who doesn’t drive a lot because parking can be quite difficult in the area. Laundry unit is in garage. (No pets please) This unit is only until end of July as this is when the lease will end. Please let me know if you have any questions at all. A little about me: I’m a year old male who works remote doing content creation & PR for other brands. I’m laid back, clean, and respectful. Sorry for the bed not being made in the photo lol. I didn’t want to touch my current roommates covers out of respect.
