I am looking for a female roommate similar to me. Iwork part-time as an accountant while still attending school. I need someone who is clean, respectful, and pays rent on time. Lease is for months. You will need to take the lease of my roomate from may to june (2months) then sign a new lease months, a one-year lease with me. :)!

Your room must be furnished by you ( i can ask her if she can sell her bedframe) You can see the room in the last picture—it will be empty. The average rent is
depending on hydro $. The rent include including Wi-Fi, hydro, insurance, and rent.
