LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE IN VENICE ON A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE

I am looking for someone to move into my apartment on a month to month lease in Venice! I am , just graduated from USC, and have a job in marketing in the film industry. I am looking for someone who can become a good friend as well as a good roommate. I love going to the beach, concerts, film, animals, football, and traveling.

Move-in date: Feb
Lease: Month-to-month
Rent: $/month

The complex is located right behind Abbot Kinney and is walking distance from a lot of restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores etc. It is also a -minute walk from the beach.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom and the room in the pictures would be yours. We also have in-unit laundry, and while I don’t have any pets, the unit is also pet-friendly.
