Private Bed and Bath Move in Feb 1

Hi, my name is Jana! I’m looking for someone to move in with me and my cat by February 1st. You’ll have your own private bed, bath, and closet, and all the appliances in the house are new. My cat is a sweetheart and you’ll never be responsible for taking care of her, but please no other pets because she doesn’t get along with other animals (unless it’s like, something in a tank). I’m a student so I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself. The place is a small AUD, and the landlord is very nice, fixes things on time, and leaves the place be.
