A washer/dryer is also upstairs in the laundry room. The common living areas downstairs are currently furnished.

The location is ideal for young professionals and anyone new to Atlanta who wants to live near the action of Buckhead and downtown, but also enjoy some privacy. It's walking distance to Chastain Park, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. It's a minute drive to the Lenox area and Buckhead bars and a 15 minute drive to downtown.

The complex is new and has plenty of amenities included in the rent. This includes two pools, tennis courts, two-story fitness center, yoga studio with free classes, a business center, and a club house. The complex hosts get togethers throughout the month for renters to meet each other.
