Looking for courteous roommate

Looking for a roommate to live with me at the top floor of the old mill in Royersford (Upper Providence Twp). Rent is the list price plus internet and electric. Apartment is wired for Fios. There isn't central AC, but I have an area AC unit for the common area. Heat is electric. Very spacious apartment (I believe it's sq ft) and the room I'm renting out is the master suite with a large walk-in closet (I personally haven't taken that room because I don't really need all that space). Very close to downtown Royersford and also within minutes of Phoenixville and Collegeville.

Prospective roommates need to be laid back, courteous, and clean. I'm an older undergraduate student who is currently in her 3rd year at Temple and I need an environment conducive to study.
