Affordable room, chill roommates!

Decent sized room. Some furniture is in the room, (dresser, desk, bed, lamp, shelves.) you are also welcome to bring your own furniture. I have one other roommate (Male, ). We are both quiet and kinda nerdy. We stay to ourselves and hang out when we have time, but we are both rather busy. There are two bathrooms and you would share one of them. Nice apartment complex with a pool and basketball court. I’m looking for someone who is laid back and we would get along with. Cleanliness is must and we usually like for things to be quiet at night. You can have friends or family over as needed as long as you give us a heads up. Utilities are included in rent. No pets, unfortunately. PS.
