Description

This is a room rental within a quiet and clean apartment building. There are 3 rooms available to fill. These rooms for rent are fully furnished including a television, refrigerator, and bed. Towels, bedding and pillows are not provided. Utilities are included. Wi-Fi is included as well. Regular cleaning will be provided but you are required to clean up after yourself.

There are common areas to be shared: the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove and combo microwave/convection oven/air fryer.
Again, please clean up after yourself. The rooms are renting for $/month with a $ Security Deposit. There is storage available and off street parking as well.

No pets are allowed. No smoking is permitted.

For safety, background checks are completed and references are needed.
