Single female or couple is fine.(you can split cost of room like me and my bf do). Male okay if you are fine sharing bathroom with 2 girls. But no more kids please.
No dogs or cats. (There is already one ESA animal in the house).

Street parking.
Nice big community front yard.
Major cross streets for neighborhood are Chicago and Columbia.
One toddler and one newborn also live in the house.
