Looking for one or two people to share ranch style three bedroom, two-bath house (1,225 sq. ft.) with carport. Rent $850 per month + $850 deposit and partial utilities (gas, electric, water, and city utility). With conservative usage bills average $150/month. -month lease. Rooms come furnished or unfurnished; large room (jpg 1), is 110 sq. ft., the smaller bedroom (jpg.2) is 96 sq. ft.

Looking for mature, professional, adults (age range 35-55) to share my home: two friends, a couple, or one person who wants to rent two rooms. This is a clean, quiet, drama free, home. I have one indoor/outdoor cat and I am boarding a second cat temporarily. I am also a freelancing artist and musician/cellist and so I work at home part time, and sometimes I travel. I am looking for independent, reliable, clean, quiet roommates who go to bed at a reasonable hour. I do not smoke and there is no smoking in the house. Cable and Internet not provided.

Property management company manages property when I am out of town.

Yard & Storage
There is limited storage in the one small out building. There is also a covered back porch and the backyard is fenced and there is space for a garden. And the garden beds have been established so . Also there is a cherry tree in the front yard that produces a wonderful crop of pie cherries every spring.

The Neighborhood:
Friendly neighbors. 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to the Boise Town Square Mall. The Bench is one of the more ethnically diverse pockets of Boise and on the nearby cross streets of Orchard and Emerald you will find Thai, Italian, Argentinian, and Bosnian cuisine, and an African and Oriental market. There is a bus stop two blocks away and the bike path is a straight shot down Garden Street.
