Hi all! I am looking to sublease my room at the College Inn for Mai -July

🔥 upgraded apartment, so we have your own private rooms and bathrooms.

🔥Rent is $ and all utilities are included in the price. if you want an optional parking add + ( a month).
- All seniors live there currently, two male, this is open to either male or female tenants.
- Apartment is furnished and includes:
- Balcony
- In-house washer and dryer
- TV
- Every piece of cooking equiptment you could imagine.
- Basically everything included in the pictures of the common space.

🔥Located right across from campus with on- garage parking, but minute walk to classes/Talley student Union.
- Facility includes a pool, clubhouse, gym, study rooms, printers, pool and ping pong tables, and free coffee.
