Decent sized room about ft. Nice and quiet with easy access to the full bath. Oversized double deep closet. Fresh paint and floors. Full access to the 1GB fiber optic wifi that works excellently. I can put in an ethernet cable if needed. Nice bright window with black out curtains if needed.

$/month. One month’s rent for the security deposit. Available . All utilities are included. The room has some furnishings. You are welcome to bring your own bed, furniture, etc. I can furnish this if need be.

Modern front loading washer and dryer in very clean condition. Fully furnished shared kitchen with plenty of space, all the necessary appliances and housewares, coffee maker, etc. Garden’s in the yard that you are welcome to pick from in season.
