The apartment consist in 2 rooms 1 bathroom that you will be sharing with me, access to kitchen, a spacious living room and some storage. Laundromat in the building.
12 months lease that starts in February. The rent is $1100. Deposit same as the rent. Utilities are separate from the rent like SDGI and internet 🛜 COX.
