in a nice neighborhood, lots of community events. Pics of rooms are older but will be well cleaned after the recent tenants move there things

We are small pets friendly no more dogs, or cats. (Dogs, cats, and pig friendly please)

About us, we are a small household of - is our ages, co-ed, lgbtqia+ members household. We are relaxed, allow guests, and the only thing we get upset about is when people don't pay there bills on time, but i feel like that is understandable. We have lived in this home 7 years and it is ran through a property management company so there is an application you have to fill out and get approved for prior to moving in. xs rent required no felonies or evictions, basically all the normal stuff

The rooms:

1.) Normal sized with nice size windows Payne and a smaller closet, this room gets the most natural light and is perfect for someone who likes to have houseplants or reads.

2.) Normal sized room with one window with a large window Payne it is a little darker, but has a full sized closet

Both can fit queen sized beds and a dresser, I've seen more furniture fit as well depending on the layout.

The only reason our roommates have moved are because one cannot afford it anymore due to a change in her ability to work, the other has decided to leave us to pursue her dreams of moving to Portland but she will still visit us, I can provide references of past roommates who have lived with us and still come to visit and their experiences here.
