Hey whats up? Im looking to fill my second room for 400 monthy. I have another roommates but they are hardly here and they are quiet and clen so you would have to share a bath room. I have 3 cats nd a dog that stays outside. We are really chill over here never had any problems with the roomates either their awesome.
