I’m looking for a female roommate to take over my spot on the lease for a B apartment at Green Lake Village.
You’ll be sharing the space with my current female roommate, who is friendly and easy to get along with.

The lease takeover would start in early January, but I’m happy to discuss a later move-in date if needed! The end date is July st.

About the apartment:
• sq. ft. with a spacious kitchen and living room
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Free access to a cardio room in the lobby and a weight room across the street
• Just a block from beautiful Green Lake Park

Neighborhood perks:
• Amazing restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and a PCC community market nearby
• A Brazilian pastry shop right next door
• The leasing office staff is super friendly and responsive and hosts fun biweekly events to meet neighbors

The apartment came unfurnished but is now fully furnished for your convenience.

Important Details:
• Rent: $/month per person (before utilities)
• Move-in: January (negotiable for a later date)
