Description

Renting out a beautiful room in a recently renovated house. All the rooms inside the house have gorgeous hardwood floors with marble kitchen counters and bathrooms. It's a gorgeous place. It is in a very quiet neighborhood that is close to many close schools like CSULB, OCC, CSUF, and etc.

The renter will have full house privileges but the bathroom is shared with the other two roommates. There are 2 remodeled bathrooms in the house.
The rent is $650 with a refundable security deposit of $650. It will be month to month based rent. The rent includes bills: water, gas, electricity, and trash. No credit checks involved, but you will be asked to sign a 6 month contract if you decide to stay with us.
