ROOMATE WANTED

Hello, I have an upstairs loft like area, or pretty much the entire upstairs of my home looking to rent out. Rent and utilities would be separate but utilities are nothing crazy. Looking for females only, within the age range . We do smoke marijuana outside of the house as well and are very good at keeping up with housework and cleanliness. My girlfriend and I are very kept to ourselves but would love not only a roommate but even a friend if possible! I do not have available on the app so you can reach me at . The upstairs area as well is completely private and totally separate from the area of the master bedroom so there will never be any kind of overlap! All areas of the house are up for use and we have two dogs but would prefer someone with no dogs, or pets of any kind. We are willing to work with a budget if you need the accommodation !
