Hey! I’m looking for a roommate or two people who’d want to sublease W Clark St! From January th - August .

It’s a 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath. In unit washer/drier, dishwasher. It’s by Taco Bell, Einstein’s Bagels, and around a minute walk to the Engineering Quad.

It’s through Smiles so you have access to the gym and study spots at their office.

Monthly cost for each of person would be around $. It’s $ for rent, $ for trash/sewer/recycle/water/internet, and around $ for the Ameren Eletric Bill.
