Looking for HOUSE to rent

My lease is up on my apartment in March, and I beginning to look around now for something else. Would be interested in a two bedroom at minimum, with two bath. I can go up in payment if you’re willing to allow me to sublease. I don’t have friends or pets, so no trouble from me there. I don’t party like a rockstar, just work a lot. I would literally be there one day per week for sure, possibly two. Other than that I will be at work most likely.
