A few blocks from Mitchell's Deli, Village Pub, Rudy's, Fond Object, etc. 3 miles from 5 Points, 6 miles from downtown Nashville, and 6 miles from Opry Mills Mall. Amenities: brand new washer/dryer, brand new kitchen appliances, large back yard and a covered porch area with grill and firepit, free Wifi throughout house, private bathroom, 4 car driveway, plenty of storage space at house. Details: rent is $550 a month. Util about $80/month (higher in Winter/Summer with Central Heat/AC). The house is clean and gorgeous and on over 3/4th acre of property so you get a quiet, private atmosphere right near the busy area of East Nashville and downtown. The deposit to move in is $350 which is fully refundable on move-out. Background check and potential credit check depending on situation. Minimum 6 months commitment, but prefer 9-12 months. After 6 months, we can do month-to-month with a 30 day notice required prior to move-out. The roommates: 30 year old Male (Dennis) and 27 year old Female (Ashley). We are both clean, fun, responsible, and pay our bills on time. I work in Pharma and Ashley works at a local Hospital. We currently have 2 dogs who are older, well behaved, and keep to themselves. We are likely not open to additional pets in the house (dogs or cats) but can consider an exception on a case by case basis. Ashley and I are not a couple just to clarify. The living environment is laid back and respectful. We are both into sports, music, the amazing food Nashville has to offer, travel, and fitness. The main commitment from a potential roommate is to pay bills timely, keep common areas clean, and be respectful of the house and roommates. Text me if interested.
