It is $850 plus utilities which is a great deal for this place and location! It is pet friendly as I do have a french bulldog that is crate trained but he would love a friendly roommate. I am 30 yrs old and a professional working in medicine. This place is to big for one person so I'm hoping to find someone who would like to share. I enjoy going to concerts, happy hrs, sporting events or just hang out at home. I'm hoping to find someone else who shares the same qualities. The duplex is only halfway furnished and has a lot of room to add more furniture if needed.
