One bedroom available for short term rent (2 month) in a 2-bedroom shared apartment. Available from th march but the dates can be a bit flexible. Rent amount is $ per month including utilities - The building is very conveniently located just closer to Islington & Bloor subway stn-TTC(3 minute walk) There are tons of restaurants, shopping, fitness locations, and other activities
The apartment and bedroom is fully furnished and is a beautiful + sq ft space with a large balcony and view.
The bedroom has one king size & one queen size bed, large closet, desk and chair, Mirror(on the opposite side of the window)
, side table and lamp. Washroom and common spaces will be shared .however room has-private half bathroom . Laundry is available in the building on the ground floor. parking and storage can be rented per month if you need it.
This is a short term rental only and cannot be extended.since my family will be returning at the end of the rental period.
