Hello All, My sister and I are renting out a room in Irvine,CA on the corner of Deerfield and Culver Drive. It is a very comfortable, newly renovated large family home with three rooms in it. We are looking to rent out the two single rooms that share a bathroom. 1000 includes all utilities, washer/dryer, WiFi, constant parking and safety. Willing to negotiate on price! It is in a very safe neighborhood with a community pool and hot tub, very clean. My sister deep cleans the house weekly and it is very comfortable place to live! The room does not come furnished, however, we do have some twin bed frames! We are looking for quiet, clean roommates to fill this home with loving, happy vibes! We are both young professionals (well i work and go to school- going into nursing!) I am a true believer in living my life to find joy and fill it with love--that is the vibe of our house. Yes, we do our own thing but we want to make sure this is a home and feels comfortable and homey for all of us!
