Room for Rent w Private Bathroom

Hello! I’m a professional looking for a female roommate to rent the primary unfurnished bedroom in my house. You will have a walk in closet and your own private bathroom. You will share the rest of the house with me and my medium sized dog. The shared living spaces are the living room, kitchen, dining room, large backyard, and garage for storage. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in North Richland Hills with easy access to highways, grocery stores, restaurants, TCC, and about twenty minutes to DFW airport. Ideally, the person I will rent to will be someone responsible, clean, and will not have people over all the time. I’m pretty private and am okay with people over, just not an excessive amount of time. I do not permit smoking in the house. This is a non negotiable. If we’re a good fit, I will be conducting a background and credit check. I’m charging the monthly rent listed above with utilities and internet included. The bedroom I’m renting is not furnished but the rest of the house is.
