**Application Process:**
1. **Visit the Apartment:** Schedule a time to see the place and ensure it fits your lifestyle.
2. **Review Housemate Rules:** I will provide a document outlining housemate rules and regulations.
3. **Discussion and Agreement:** We’ll sit down to go over the understanding and of the rules, and then we can schedule a convenient move-in date. Keys will be granted upon agreement.
