About me: I’m a professional working from home and looking for someone to sublease for my current roommate who is moving out of the country. I have a dog and two cats. I normally keep the apartment very tidy and don’t have a lot of people over but I don’t mind if you do.
About the apartment: looking for someone to move in February 1, and resign lease on April 1.
Utilities are not included so we would split the costs for washer/dryer, water, electric, cleaning, renter’s insurance, and internet every month. This comes out to about an additional $. I work from home so I am home most of the time.
