New Listing- Female Roommate wanted

Hello!
I currently live in a 2/2 with a roommate at Lakeshore Pearl on Lady Bird Lake. She is moving out and we need to find someone to sublet her room ASAP. Our lease runs until March 31st. Overall rent is $1924 for 1224 sq ft, which we would split. I pay $25 extra a month for the master which is only slightly bigger. There is also cable, water, and electric that we split. The floor plan is the c2 floor plan. There is plenty of parking in the front and in the gated area in the back of the building. We have kept the apartment super clean and it was just painted as well. This is a great location that is close to everything including the running trail, downtown, Rainey, east side restaurants and bars.

A little about me: I am 28 yr old female young professional that works from home and starting my own design and branding studio. I love working out, cooking, happy hours, Rainey St, laying at the pool, concerts, and the Longhorns. I am from Austin and went to UT for bachelor's and master's degree. I am clean and pretty chill during the work week. I love dogs, but please no cats. I have no pets of my own.

I'm looking for a roommate that is clean, respectful, considerate, not noisy, and pays rent on time. Please no live-in boyfriends. I don't have to be best friends with my roommate, but if we got along well that would be ideal. Possibly having occasional dinners/wine nights or watching The Bachelor nights lol.
