Single furnished occupancy room

A single furnished occupancy room with its own bathroom in a second level, rent including utilities and internet. Can get access to kitchen, you can use my pots, pans, plates, bowls….( as long as you clean and wash after), can get access to living room and laundry room. Rent is month to month. We are located in centreville in a nice and quiet neighborhood. minutes to Washington Dulles airport, minutes to Fair oaks hospital and Fair oaks mall, 5 minutes to exit to which leads you to go the city, also a lot of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping near by. You have to signed a rental agreement. A one month rent is for security deposit will need to be paid along with the first month rent when you move in. The security deposit will be returned when you move out if nothing damaged or rent is paid sufficiently. Prefer female tenants only and no pets. Thanks for understanding.
